Teach workshop classes in Introduction to Windows, Introduction to Netscape and Upgrading from Word Perfect for DOS to Word Perfect 6.1. August 1996 through Present.Microlab Coordinator for Learning Support Services at the University of Wisconsin. Provide computer support on the LSS Helpline and teach Intro to Windows classes. Two semesters work in the Van Hise Microcomputer Lab. Provide voluntary help in software applications on both PC and Macintosh computers. September 1995 through March 1996.
Six semesters teaching experience in German 101 and 102 at BYU. Supervised, prepared daily lesson plans, and administered tests and quizzes to classes of 20-25 students. One semester was spent team-teaching with another graduate student. September 1993 through June 1995.
Supervisor of small construction crew. Main duties included purchasing materials, planning and constructing outdoor (wooden) decks for large homes, framing of unfinished basements to prepare for sheetrocking in Washington, D.C. metro area. June 1992 through August 1992.

Served two years in Brazil, São Paulo area as a volunteer representative of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Activities included voluntary service, teaching, and supervising about 25 other representatives. January 1988 through January 1990.

Proficient in MS-DOS, Windows 3.1, Norton Desktop, and Windows 95. Also adept in word processing programs such as WordPerfect 7 and Microsoft Word 7.0. Transposed the complete works of Paul Celan onto computer. Knowledgeable in Wiscworld version 2.5, Eudora Pro 3.0 E-mail, Netscape 3.01 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.01. Also well versed in HTML editing and Java Script. Have been providing computer related support in the Microlab in the Van Hise building for the past two semesters.
